To use the extension in a database create the extension using
CREATE EXTENSION "pg-gvm";

You can do this on the gvmd database running:

root ~ # sudo -u postgres psql gvmd
gvmd=>	CREATE EXTENSION "pg-gvm";
gvmd=>	\q
